Monique was very knowledgeable and I felt I was being looked after well as a potential customer. She guided me through suitable options and helped me make the right purchase for my needs. She was very patient and personable.

Assistant was helpful when needed to be, was knowledgeable when asked questions, allowed us as much time as we needed to decide which mattress was the best for us without any pressure.

Experienced sales assistant, she was very patient and had good knowledge.

The staff member called Emily that assorted is really took the time to make sire we were clear on every bed we tried and didn't just try to sell is the most expensive one and gave us all the information we needed and more to ensure we got the right mattress for us. Drink was offered straight away and the coffee was lovely,

Dom who assisted us was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the products, but we appreciated no hard sell or pressure and were left to test the beds and decide for ourselves what to go for. The offer of coffee was also appreciated, considering we were there for almost 1.30hrs! There were a good range of beds and prices available which helped us to made a decision and not limited on choice.

We arrived early morning of the 19th April we were met by Emily in you Yeovil store. Emily was so friendly and made us feel relaxed we were offered coffee or tea.The whole process went easily and it was a very relaxed.

Emily, the Customer service agent was very helpful, she greeted me, offered me a drink (numerous times) took me through the sleep match and offered me a pillow to use when testing the beds. Her service was brilliant!

I was very impressed with the sales assistant Emily. She was very helpful and informative which I feel helped myself and my partner find the right mattress for us. The Yeovil store also has a nice atmosphere and was great to use the new sleepmatch tech mattress thing to help us figure out how firm we should have our mattress.

Monique the sales assistant was very friendly, knowledgeable and even offered us a hot drink!
