Emily greeted us politely and cheerfully and was extremely knowledgable about the products she was selling. Took great care to explain the importance of having the correct mattress and how you should actually lie on your pillows. She listened carefully to all my queries and advised me accordingly. She suggested the use of the Sleepmatch bed which was a very worthwhile experience and had a hot refreshing cup of tea ready for me on completion. She left me to make a final choice and then when asked to return explained in great detail about the mattress i had decided to purchase. At no time was i made to feel under pressure or rushed into a purchase. Overall a very satisfying and pleasant shopping experience and i look forward to a good night sleep in my new bed. Well done.
