Dreams - Yeovil

Having four years ago been to one of your competitors, it made me wish I had come to Dreams first, because we ended up buying a bed which was not really satisfactory for both of our needs. We were only offered a choice of four mattresses from which to choose on the day and was not offered a technological discovery experience to help us make our choice. We also found that at Dreams your Associate was delightful, very enthusiastic and eager to help but not too pushy, coping very well with an outage of your computerised sales system at the time and following up with a telephone call regarding the delivery.

Very clean tidy store friendly staff

The store assistant (Emily) spent time explaining the different products, but equally allowed us time to browse. She did not hurry us, even though it was quite close to closing time.

Sat - met by Dom and given every assistance. Mon - returned affter considering our options, mey by Emily who completed the transaction. Both were very helpful!

Lovely welcome to store, very knowledgeable, asked if we wanted a drink while using the sleep match machine, given a pillow to use during our purchase

The service that Emily gave us at the Yeovil store was excellent, she was highly knowledgeable about all the products and stock at the store and really helped us to make an informed decision regarding our purchase.

Help was very good and the overall process was quick and easy.

Emily greeted us as we entered the store and was extremely friendly, informative and helpful in enabling us to make a choice of mattress. The diagnostic technology helped us to shortlist products and therefore saved time.

We were greeted as we entered the store asked if we wanted help, we said we would like to browse and we were allowed to, on choosing we asked the guy for information and a demonstration of a sofa bed which he happily showed us.
