We entered the store and were immediately greeted with a "Good morning " We felt free to look around at all the mattresses and were then asked if we needed help or advice. What a change! No pressure but a very helpful assistant, Monique. In fact she was amazing! We were impressed with her knowledge and the time she spent explaining all the details we needed, having done the "test" to determine which mattress suited us we were left to make our decision. The quality of service we experienced was exceptional.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff who were willing to listen, give advice and suggest other options to suit our needs/concerns.

I was pleased with the attention from staff and the detailed information we received about the products. Physical examination suggests that we have bought good quality items at a competitive price. This was a positive experience and we were able to purchase the good we required.

The assistant was very knowledgeable about the products she showed all the details of the bed we were buying and all the different mattresses that would match with the bed, we were offered tea and coffee, very friendly and answered all our questions

from the moment we entered the store in yeovil we where approached by staff to help us we were offered drinks, sleep match, pillows etc . especially Emily and Kim who treated us with respect and helped us a great deal when making the purchase for our new bed so thank you

I was assisted by a helpful salesperson and bought the product that I wanted, also free delivery is a bonus.

Clean, bright showroom with plenty of beds and mattress on display. Sales person very helpful when needed.

We were given as much help advice and understanding as we needed and were not rushed at all during our purchases.

We were greeted by Emma who was very helpful. She recommended that I do a sleepmatch assessment which was really good and which gave me lots of options to choose from. Emma then talked me through the options which were given and recommended that I try one bed which was a medium but the other half of the bed was firm. The medium one I tried was AMAZING! Emma asked if I felt if I was lying on top of the bed or in it. I was definitely in it! I tried others but kept coming back to the same bed. Emma showed me the springs that were inside the bed and was very informative throughout. I was very very impressed with her knowledge and the way she handled the sale. The showroom was light and airy. Emma even made us a cup of coffee which you wouldn't get anywhere else!

Staff are friendly, a approachable and knowledgeable.
