Our experience was great, the colleagues ability to explain the Dreams machine and the various mattress options was brilliant.

The team in the store were outstanding and very helpful we were help by a gentlemen called Dom who went above the call of duty and stayed on after the store had closed to help us complete our purchase. The team made my dog very welcome which allowed me to relax and not have to worry about the dog being left in the car.

Emily was very knowledgeable and helpful. Really spent the time getting to understand our needs, and shared some very handy tips to help make our decision easier! She’s an asset to your team!!

The whole experience was very positive. We went into the store with clear ideas of what we wanted but we also wanted to check out some options and consult on prices, quality etc. specific to our needs - in this case for a storage bed in our spare room, which will receive a reasonable amount of use. Emily, our assistant, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable both in answering our specific questions and in proffering her own professional advice, which was clearly based upon a detailed knowledge of the stock. She was cheerful and friendly, facilitating a very professional and speedy service while ensuring that our needs were fully met and that we had considered options.

This is the second product we have purchased from Dreams in the past three years and on both occasions we were extremely happy with both the purchases and the level of service we encountered

We were assisted by Monique who was very patient with us as we weren't sure what we were looking for she was very knowledgeable very calm shown us a lot of choices and adviced us what mattress we should go for to avoid aches and pains couldn't wish for better service her calmness made us at ease
