We were extremely satisfied as we left with exactly what we wanted, taking into consideration our needs as we haven’t yet had a date for our house move. We were given a barrel of information about which really helped make our decision. Highly recommend!!!

Emily was brilliant and very knowledgable

Very happy with the service, I do feel however that these surveys should really be sent after the item purchased as been delivered, once the complete service has been fulfilled.

Emily was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly the whole to e we were in store. She offered us drinks and pillows, we each have different pillow which she suggested from they way that we sleep and we ended up buying them both. She even stayed after closing hours so we could make our decision and purchase. We used the new sleep match machine which was fun and even matched us with our matters we purchased. I have already recommended my friends and family to go try the sleepmatch machine and seek Emily's advice. Next time we buy a bed I want to buy it with her advice and from her. I cannot speak any highly of her she was brilliant and even had a cold but treated us amazingly.

The lady made it a pleasant experience

The sales lady , Kim, was great . She had a thorough knowledge of what was available but was not "pushy" . Her personality shone through and related to our needs as OAP's. Shopping for a new bed was a very pleasant experience . Thank you .

We had the opportunity to use the ‘diagnostic’ bed to identify appropriate mattresses - it provided several recommendations, but we didn’t actually like them. What was good, was the assistant didn’t try pushing these particular choices, and supported us with additional information on the mattresses we preferred (and subsequently bought). Ordering was quick and efficient, and we received discount, as I’m a Veteran. Great service.

The girl in the shop offered assistance immediately answered my questions and offered me a drink whilst placing my order. She was very friendly and helpful

The staff were knowledgeable of the beds and very helpful. The delivery drivers were also very helpful and friendly
