emily was very knowledgble, and gave us exactly what we had asked for, very friendly and even offered hot drink.

Staff were very helpful large selection of products found what we required and at a reasonable price and a delivery date to suit us.

Assistants were efficient, knowledgeable, kind, friendly and patient. The experience was very pleasant.

Reasonably priced bed frame available and old bed base can be taken away. Good options for delivery date.

Kim & Dom provided exceptional customer service. We were warmly greeted by another member of staff who’s name I was told but don’t remember as well. Kim’s product knowledge was expert , she took time to listen to us & we felt she fully understood our needs & made the appropriate recommendations.

Quick service and helpful

I liked that Emily wasn't in our face. She made herself known and was there to help by smiling but let us look around. She was very approachable and when I asked for assistance after looking she gave us a drink, a pillow and did the sleep match. She knew loads of knollwge about beds when I asked loads questions. She was very good and explained why it's important to get a good mattress. We came in with a budget of £400 which she respected and showed us that range but also gave us the knowledge to want a better bed so we spent more money than what we came in. Which is good as she is very good at her job and I am satisfied I have got a good product.

I went in with a rough guide of what I wanted and Emily did brilliant with her options for me.

I got everything that I asked for with no fuss.
