The staff are all very friendly and helpful. We have visited this store twice and have not been disappointed. You do not feel rushed.

Greeted by your sales assistance Dom in yeovil branch we were given time to browse the store without being pressured. Once we had a few questions he was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us to find the perfect bed and mattress to sute our needs. Advised us to try the sleepmatch bed to help with our decision on the type of mattress we should be looking for. Dom also warned us about the dangers of memory foam mattress with newborn baby's as my wife is expecting and he advised us to go for pocket sprung instead. Once we had made our decision we where offered drinks and he even made one for our daughter. The order was taken efficiently confirming all that we had ordered and making sure it was correct before payment. We were given and date for delivery and told about the other services offered such as disposable of old bed and further cover we could take on the new one. Very happy with the whole experience and the information given by your sales assistant.

The store was welcoming, clean and warm - although the main doors being broken caused pain in my back when opening them. The store colleague, Dominic, who assisted us was highly professional, astute and knowledgable. We had coffee and did not feel pressured into a sale, rather, we were given time and advice, which suited us greatly. We purchased a new bed which we feel will be just what we need. It was a pleasant shopping experience and we will definitely recommend the Yeovil branch.

The gentleman at the Yeovil store is very knowledgeable about the products he sells, and this translates to his sales pitch. Extremely confident but not pushy in the slightest.

We came with a specific idea of what we wanted to order. Monique listened and understood we had an item in mind. She did not try to sell us another item but did point out other possibilities. She was helpful without being overbearing or pushy which we did find staff at your Poole branch to be, they didn't leave us alone!

We first visited Dreams in Yeovil just after xmas and Emily was very helpful, guiding us through sleep match. Not having purchased a mattress for 10years we where a little shocked at the prices so decided to do some shopping around. We then went on to visit numerous bed suppliers in the Yeovil area, none of these where anywhere near as helpful as Emily had been, so we decided we would return to Dreams to complete the order.

Emily our assistant, was brilliant at explaining to us, the process with finding the correct mattress. She accompanied us around the store and explained the result of the mattress check, to ensure we found our correct mattress. We came into store today to purchase a mattress. We haven’t needed to buy a mattress for the last 6 years so we were daily nervous coming into store. The only thing we knew was we liked a soft one. As soon as we walked in, Emily came across and greeted us and offered assistance. We said we were going to browse but it soon came clear we didn’t have a clue where to start. Emily was fantastic. I work in sales and have over 20 years of coaching and developing staff and I have to say that Emily blew us away. Her confidence, product knowledge and manner was perfect. She spent the right amount of time finding out what was important to us and taking us through the sleep position machine. Then with direction and recommendations she allowed us to browse and test in our own time with no pressure. I truly believe without her support we would of brought a mattress in the region of £600. In the end we spent over £2,500. Thank you Emily for the time, patience and support today. You were awesome.
