The young person was very knowledgeable and assisted us without pressure throughout the visit. We were given an offer of a drink and the assistant was never pushy! Walking off when she saw we wanted space to think about it, but always available when needed for further help! Thank you Monique!

The member of staff I dealt with - emily- at yeovil Somerset was absolutely. Excellent from the moment I walked in. Highly knowledgeable, very friendly, approachable, amiable, listened astutely to my needs and on the whole made the whole process incredibly smooth. Big thanks to Emily, you have a superb member of staff on your hands. Please make sure she receives a pat on the back. Immense customer service - she even made me a cup of tea so I relaxed and felt at home whilst we discussed my needs. Well done.

We were greeted by Emily, who was extremely friendly and helpful when taking us through the sleepmatch process and product recommendations. She gave us time to ourselves to evaluate each each mattress and made choosing a mattress stress free. We didn’t feel any pressure to buy there and then, and she was very honest and knowledgeable. I’d recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a new mattress.
