My mother and I visited via an appointment. We were the only customers in store and had exclusive service from Emily the assistant. I was very excited with the mattress selecting machine! What a great idea! We were treated very well: social distancing measures were clear and well explained. I was under no pressure to make any decisions. I was supported to make the right choice for me. I was not forced into buying a more expensive product and all options were well explained. I would thoroughly recommend the store to anyone.
