Kim was very helpful, she listened to what we wanted, and after going on the bed machine, she knew exactly what beds to show us. She didn't rush us at all when we were testing the beds.

The lady was very lovely helped me as I wasn't sure which mattress to buy it was a relaxed and great experience and I got extra items for a lower price im all round pleased

Emily was friendly, knowledgable and communicated her knowledge well. She listened to our needs and acted on them with full and clear explanations at every stage - lovely lady with a good sense of humour! The store was clean and tidy, which although fairly expected durong Covid, was still appreciated.
