Emily was an absolute joy! Very lovely,knowledgable,no hard sell. She gave me time to try the different mattresses, and offered advice on the bed I liked. The social distancing measures put in place were excellent. I really appreciated the fact there appeared face masks and water. I loved the sleep match process, how great is that. It works as the mattress I really liked, and eventually chose, was the one recommended!! Overall a fantastic service, and Emily deserves the highest praise!

The representative was very knowledgeable and really helped me chose the best mattress for me. I tried the tester which was good and then had a good selection of beds to try. I was really pleased with what I have chosen. The chap couldn't have been better.

The Assistant was very nice , she came over to us and was very helpful in telling us the idea of lying on a bed and finding out which mattress was right for me. I was disappointed that you did not do the bedding ie Duvet covers and pillow cases. But I did buy a Duvet, ready for when my items come in September. Thank you. June Higgins.
