We walked in to the store and was greeted by a very friendly young man he was quiet informative but it was his first day bless him, so fir that we were highly satisfied, then the manager Kim took our order and the lad watched and joined in with general conversation regarding a memory pillow I purchased. Kim was exceptional with her customer service and general people skills

Staff very friendly, very clear on instructions given when trying the sleep systems, gave clear guidance on specific type of mattress we needed, it was clear you was looked after with there precise hygiene routine during current covid, all very polite and a quick process to purchase thankyou

Emily was really welcoming and helpful. She took the time to consider our needs and was knowledgeable about the products and the process of trying out and finding the right mattress. Emily recommended many options and guided us through the process as well as being impartial. She gave us time to try the mattress and discuss on our own but was there to answer questions when needed. We noticed her welcoming every customer that came into the store and saw her providing the same quality service and experience to everyone else. We are looking forward to having our mattress delivered!

The staff member in the Yeovil branch of Dreams was extremely helpful and dedicated her time to us to enable us to make the right choice when choosing our new bed and mattress. We were impressed with the machine which matched us with the best mattress.

I rang the shop at 1930ish and the lady Kim who answered the phone was very knowledgeable about the product and helped me with getting the right product and delivery. Very nice lady and very helpful

This was our first visit to Dreams. We were met by a charming young lady called Monique who looked after us extremely well and showed every consideration to ensuring we were satisfied with our choice. She had excellent product knowledge and did not rush us in any way. Her aim clearly was to ensure we were satisfied customers. I would however make one point. We visited your store in Yeovil which is on a small retail estate. It was manned by two young ladies without any visible security arrangements should there be trouble. A customer before us paid by a very large amount of cash which would have been visible from the main road adjoining the car park.
