We were welcomed to the store and given professional assistance with listening to our requirements taking place , alternatives being shown, guidance without pressure offered and space for our consideration of the options given but with advise on hand when questions arose.The demonstrations and exercises to assist with choices were excellent as was the analysis and water refreshment was offered. Indeed a faultless visit and enjoyable!

Assistant was knowledgeable and very helpful in helping me choose the right mattress. It was good to be supplied with a face mask as I had forgotten mine and I was also offered bottled water.

Emily in Yeovil listened intently to my health needs and gave mattress options to purchase. This narrowed the search and saved time. Money was double what I had intended to pay but by the time but desperate for a good quality mattress. Having turned up at 5.30pm and tried five or six I said that Emily could move forward with the purchase but the poor girl should have been closing the shop for the day. She double checked to make sure I didn’t feel pressured which was very good of her and then my finance offer was declined. Still a smiling face at 7pm so paid a deposit instead. Currently sleeping on the floor with my old mattress as I purchased an Emma mattress a week ago which they can certainly have back. Half the cost and half the comfort! Thank God I kept my old one so I can sleep on there for a while. I’m looking forward to sleeping on my new mattress when it arrives like you would not believe and hopefully I can get rid of some of the fibromyalgia pains I have had lately. Thank you Emily! And Dreams.... I hope you appreciate good sales people! I certainly made a point of thanking her.
