First visit to Yeovil store (needing to buy new mattress); didn't know what to look for or how to begin but was reassured by staff approach: Dom and later Monique were friendly without being pushy and explained products clearly. It was also very satisfactory to note carefully thought out precautions against Covid transmission, including PPE available and staff taking care to keep distance.
