Dreams - Yeovil

We have made 2 visits to the Yeovil store recently, on both occasions the 2 different staff members were very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Dom who we saw first gave us a good grounding on what was available and helped us narrow down our choices. Monique who we saw on Friday was equally knowledgeable, she was particularly good at giving us time to try the mattresses but returning to check on progress and answer any questions.

She was very busy and on her own yet took the time to tend to our needs plus the other customers. Very happy!

The Assistant in store Monique was lovely, she was very clear, although she was dealing with a delivery and other customers by herself she was very professional and gave us lots of help as well as putting our order through!

The assistant was excellent and friendly. She didn’t crowd us, gave us the info required, showed us our options and let us decide.
