There were clear safety practices in place as soon as we entered the store, we felt safe but not overwhelmed. We were greeted at the door by Dom who clearly explained the covid safety practices and listened well to our product spec. We were offered the sleep match and then Dom showed us the relevant products. He wasn't overbearing and respectfully gave us the time and space we needed to make our decision.

The cleanliness of the store was excellent as was the distancing, we have been in only a few places and this was by far the best. Monique was excellent in her knowledge and helpfulness and we were very satisfied with the outcome. Thank you
