Excellent customer service that I couldn’t fault with excellent knowledge on products and faultless communication skills. Emily had great belief in the products she was selling along with her own sales techniques were she was informative but never pushy and this was key for me to make the perches. You really have an excellent member of staff in Emily.

There were clear safety practices in place as soon as we entered the store, we felt safe but not overwhelmed. We were greeted at the door by Dom who clearly explained the covid safety practices and listened well to our product spec. We were offered the sleep match and then Dom showed us the relevant products. He wasn't overbearing and respectfully gave us the time and space we needed to make our decision.
