Dreams - Yeovil

Our sales assistant Monique was very knowledgeable about the product we were interested in. She was very polite and answered all our questions and concerns promptly. We never felt rushed and she gave us space to make our choice of mattress at our leisure.

Very helpful assistant who seemed to understand the products. Impressed by the scientific body scanning as it narrowed down the number of beds to look at. Left feeling confident that Dreams is a good firm to deal with - do't have the bed yet but am optimistic!!

Staff were very helpful and informative

The whole experience from the moment we walked in the door was exceptional. The staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive. Although the store was fairly busy the staff made us feel like valued customers. They got the balance perfect between being there to answer questions but allowing us time to try out the beds and discuss our opinions without being hovered over. This made a real difference to us. I haven’t stopped telling people about the great customer service we received. I returned to the store 4 days later without my partner and every staff member recognised me and asked about my partner which given the fact everyone is wearing masks just goes to show how attentive the staff were. The lady in the shop was helpful understanding my needs and showing me loads of different options

From entering the store to leaving it the store staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They explained everything very thoroughly and gave us lots of different options and price options. It makes such a difference shopping in a store when the staff actually seem generally interested in making sure your shopping experience is of the highest standard and always done with a smile on their face. very helpful staff and very understanding to our needs, nothing was too much trouble and they were there when we needed yo ask a question but left us alone to chose our matress and when we were undecided with two the staff explained in detail the difference between the 2 which help us make our mind up! your company should be very proud of your staff on how professional there are.
