Emily, who served us was extremely caring and patient with us as buying a bed is an expensive and important thing to buy. The store even provided us with a bottle of water!

We were particularly impressed with the personal attention paid by two members of staff at the Yeovil Store (one was Emily who completed the purchase transaction/administration) - the first girl went through Health and Safety extremely thoroughly and introduced the equipment which analysed sleeping position etc. Their product knowledge was excellent.
