Member of staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Made my experience in store very easy. Store was well laid out and mattresses were easy to test despite current standards with covid. Everything was great

The staff where very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout our time there. Have already recommended people to go. Outstanding is the one word I would use for the whole experience! Well done to Kim and Emily at your Yeovil store

Very good customer service. Had our bed in store to view. Lovely lady to chat to. Just a shame we have to wait 2 months to get out bed. But considering the virus and lock down I guess not to bad. Something to look forward to

Just after I arrived, the assistant greeted me, and then informed of the company Covid protocol, he then asked if I required any assistance, then was very polite and professional in helping me purchase my new bed.
