Dreams - Yeovil

From meet & greet to the assistant (Emily at Yeovil store), everything seemed to be designed for customer attention and care. Knowledgeable assistant (Emily) was both very attentive, not overbearing, and extremely well trained in her knowledge of the products. Dreams are not the cheapest but by far the best in, from our experience, customer management and making us feel wanted. We also felt that we were important and not just other bodies coming by to be fleeced. We were given the best attention in respect to our requirements an not just left to aimlessly wander the store looking for the impossible dream.........brilliant!

excellent customer experience. staff didnt over power you, gave you time to consider your purchase, very friendly , knew their knowledge of beds. helped us to choose the right option for a small bedroom which needed to sleep 2 at times. would definetely shop there again. Had purchased from here twice before and would go back there again to buy. Great staff and lovely showroom with plenty of choice. many thanks and merry christmas.

We were greeted by "Dom" (Dominic). He was courteous, highly knowledgable and friendly whilst not being pushy. The only downside was that we couldn't have the products as soon as we liked but that was nothing to do with him. We felt we were looked after which is always THE MOST important aspect during any shopping experience.

Purchased previous bed there before therefore knew what we wanted. Assistant was very helpful
