The assistant, Paul, was excellent in all areas and guided us in all the right directions. If only all staff were like him in the retail world.

Me and girl friend went in on a wim and found we found what we needed when we tryed things and we were highly satisfied and would recommend ( Paul who served us had great customer service )

The sales assistant was extremely helpful and knowlegable. He wasn't pushy, he didn't hover, but once requested, his help was very welcome and needed. The mattress more or less sold itself, he explained what the differences in quality were and how we would notice those differences and it was all correct. We had set ourselves a certain price band, which we exceeded but it was all to do with the quality that we required. Very helpful,friendly staff with a good sence of humour. I know they're trying to sell an item, but they made us feel welcome. We like people like that.it makes buying the item easier.

Soon as we walked into the store we were asked if we wanted assistance but we were just looking at the time, but we were offered a hot drink. when we were making up our minds about the products your assistants were very helpful and offered very good advice. Because of this very good service we decided to buy the bed and mattress there and then.

Friendly informative assistant gave me plenty of time even though I was not buying a very high priced item. I have used the Yeovil store before

We had a very knowledgeable member of staff and extremely helpful with everything we needed. We spent a lot of time going between 2 beds and he explained why we should be doing what we were doing!
