Paul the sales representative was very willing to spend time to ensure I was pleased with the product and satisfy it would suite all my requirements.

Paul our sales man was very helpful he wasn't pushy at all like you find in shops like this.

The sales assistant was knowledgable, helpful but in no way overbearing or pushy. The delivery time for our purchase is excellent

We like to go on a purposeful shopping trip but do not like being pounced on as soon as we put our foot through the doors. The staff let you look around before enquiring if you needed help then offered alternatives, without being pushy, thus resulting in a sale. If pounced on, we normally leave as don't like it.

Paul, the salesman was very helpful, offered advice and explained things clearly and precise.

Attentive staff and the price of the beds were great as it was a sale so we paid half of what we expected to pay.

Because I stated what I was after and the salesman, while friendly and professional and polite, directed me to products I'd asked about without trying to sell me something I didn't want. Unlike another store I'd just visited.

The Store Manager Richard advised me of the different additional packs that come with bed. He also helped me to measure the bed.

The range of beds/mattresses was comprehensive. We found exactly the solution to our 'bed problem' regarding limited space. The helpfulness of the member of staff was particularly noticeable. He was not 'pushy' and simply answered all our questions very directly.
