Our sales assistant Paul was very helpful, listened to our needs and asked questions to show he was interested. The other male assistant around the store gave no eye contact and looked disinterested, so we were pleased to have Paul serve us.

You had time to look at each bed infoemation was good then time tp think about it. I was not inder any pressure.

The salesman in the store was able to advise us on all the products that were available he then let us try the different products and gave us enough information for us to make a delicious our selfs, he was friendly, informative and was not pushy at all ( which would of made us leave the store without buying). The store had a number of different mattresses available for us to try at the time of our visit, this made it easier for us to choose the best type for our individual needs. Thank you very much

The assistance was a great help and answered all questions asked. We were allowed to browse on our own without any interference and only demonstrated and answered questions when asked.

Had all our questions answered by a very polite and pleasant assistant. Did not harass but let us choose our product in our own time. We purchased a Tempur mattress and two Tempur pillows, plenty of advice, not pressured at all. A very comfortable shopping experience. Thank You Dreams.
