The staff were very helpful and knew the products.

the minute i walked into the shop i was made to feel welcome the entire store was clean and tidy and the staff were extremely helpful, i was assisted by a lady called Juanita who was very friendly and helpful, her knowledge in the job was fantastic and she didnt try getting me to buy anything that i didnt want like you get in most shops

Richard was very helpful, listened to our needs, explained the options and was very clear about pricing and delivery. His female colleague was also polite and friendly. We were even offered tea / coffee while our order was being written up.

As we were buying a bed, mattress and headboard plus another mattress we did require quite a bit of assistance which was given patiently and knowledgeably.
