your assistant Paul was the most knowledgeable and helpful person we could have wished for. he is a credit to your company. This is how good he was, we had more or less decided to by a Tempura mattress from a Tempura outlet, but Paul's confidence and knowledge persuaded us that our purchase should be made in his store, even though the product we were interested in was more expensive at Dreams ( people buy from people they like ), I have been told that I have 3 mins left to complete this survey shame.

We were met almost as soon as we arrived and the assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

The salesman, Paul, was very knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy.

Your assistant knew his stuff and was extremely helpful. I was shoppping with a friend and he did not try to hurry us and did not mind our sometimes talking at cross purposes.

I was able to secure items I needed within budget and very happy with quality of items. The gentleman in the store was very pleasant, he didn't scoff because I was only furnishing my guest rooms and so did not wish to spend a huge sum of money.

I was helped and served by Paul at your Yeovil store. He was friendly and knowledgeable about your products.

There were decorators in the store and the salesman was very good to make sure we were safe. When I ask for something within a price range he stuck to it and didn't try to sell me anything expensive

Staff very knowledgeable regards the pillows needed for our bed, and shared personal experience of using them at their home. Very good and fast service all round. Thanks
