good knowledge of staff--quick and got what we wanted

We had experienced this branch of Dreams earlier in the year. We expected and received the same degree or courtesy, patience and knowledge this time around even though it was a different assistant. We went to Dreams with certain criteria in mind but the assistant's knowledge and 'empathy' enabled us to modify those criteria so that a more satisfactory outcome was possible which catered for our particular needs.

Paul the Sales Man was very good and knowledgeable of His product and a very pleasant man.
