Paul is very kind and very accommodating. He is very professional and treat us all with respect and fairness. He answers all our questions with expertise and knowledge of the product. He is a very good sales man who made us buy more products. Our experience in Dreams is highly rated and will be happy to come back again for our mattress replacement in the near future.

Being able to browse at our leisure till we asked for assistance, then behind guided through the different type and styles of the beds.

I was promptly assisted by Paul who was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me to determine what type of bed and mattress I needed, within my budget constraints. He was not pushy and made sure I was happy with my purchase. Placing the order and organising delivery was quick and easy. Paul is a great asset to the Dream team.

Went to Yeovil shop twice and we met the same sales person and happy to have done so as Paul has helped us choose a mattress that we are very happy with. He has gone more than the proverbial extra mile for us by explaining in very much detail about each mattress that sounded like something we were after allowing us to test several and very patiently so.

My wife suffers from chronic Rheumatoid Arthritis and we were visiting dreams to purchase a topper for our £ 1000 .00 mattress that we had purchased from a rival store just a year earlier! At first we though this rival product based on advice received would be satisfactory for my wife's needs, not so,hence our visit to Dreams to purchase a topper. After a while of debating the value of toppers and their limitations we, thanks to the patience of our local Dreams store advisor we concluded the best option was to invest in a completely new mattress, which is the Emotion 24 Acti K. We are now desperately awaiting the arrival. Thank you once again Paul.

Fast efficient service

The salesman Paul asked questions and took time to listen to our replies. He was helpful and by using his product knowledge made it a lot easier for us to decide on what we wanted. He was not at all rushed and was happy to take as long as we needed.
