The assistant was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and was not pushy trying to make us buy something.

The two gentleman serving me at dreams in Yeovil on the pen mill estate gave me 100% of their time. They found me a ottoman base with an extra 2 inches in height and therefore evern more storage. For the same price. And advised me on mattresses (something completely new to me) I mentioned my partner was working away in the army and getting the bed was a surprise for our new home. They told me about the military discount which I hadn't known about. They gave me plenty of time to make my decision and I didn't feel rushed or pressured into buying. I left with a big smile, a spring in my step and a bed which is going to be delivered on the 21st December. Fantastic!!

Staff member seemed to understand my needs quickly and suggested some alternatives within my price range. Best mattress shopping experience in years!

We explained that our house had recently burnt down and we needed replacement beds urgently for our new rental property. The assistant, Paul, was extremely helpful in searching what was available in the required timeframe. And how order could be split into two to improve delivery, excellent service.

The assistant was very responsive, explaining clearly, making sure he understood what we wanted and stepping back to give us opportunities to discuss as a couple but always ready to come back to answer further questions. We did not feel at all pressured.

We were looking for a new bed, but did not really know what we were looking for, when we went into the store we were allowed to browse for a while and mrs Bond asked us if she could help, and from then on it was easy to find the bed and mattress that we wanted, liked and suited our needs and budget, it was altogether an enjoyable experiance.
