We where amazed how much knowledge the staff have,how much they have to remember. The training they have is excellent

Because our store assistant, Monique, was excellent. She was knowledgeable and very helpful but in no way pushy. She even recommended that we went home to think about the decision and return another day and try the beds again. I am expecting delivery of my new bed on Saturday, less than a week after ordering - now that’s good service!

From the moment we walked in the store we were greeted with a friendly, clearly spoken assistant. She talked us through the covid safety. Helped us with our needs. We were offered the bed that tells you what mattress we needed, we both thought this was amazing. She showed us which mattress to try, she took time with us and explained about everything even guided us into what mattress is good for both of us. We were so pleased with her help we also bought two pillows (very expensive) but I hope worth it and should last for years. We can’t wait for our delivery and some good night sleep.

This was my second purchase from Dreams in the last two years. The first purchase was for two single beds with mattresses. This time was for a single bed frame. The service we received on both visits was very good. The ladies that dealt with us were very helpful, attentive and efficient. They were clear in their communications and answered any questions in a knowledgable and clear fashion. I would be happy to recommend Dreams to anyone wishing to purchase a bed.

Knowledgeable,friendly and helpful staff. Good availability of products. No pressure selling. Staff member left us to try out the ranges and to determine when/if we needed more assistance.

Monique who dealt with us was knowledgeable friendly and did not push us but listened to our requirements and showed us all the alternatives this helped us to make our decision there and then.
