We told the assistant what we needed and she took to quite afew beds to try in thw range that we wanted and stayed with us.

the sales person who served and helped me in the stores was very helpful ,efficient and friendly. Very pleased to have visited the store - only disappointed that I am having to wait 2 1/2 weeks to have my new bed delivered.

The Sales Manager Paul (Yeovil store) was extremley knowledgeable and helpful. He really took the time to understand my needs and preferences and make great recommendations. The rest of the store staff were also very helpful keeping my 4 year old occupied allowing me to try out products in peace. Overall a very pleasing shopping experience!

Staff friendly and helpful, even made us tea and coffee!

We were left to look around the shop for a while, rarther than being pounced on as soon as we walked through the door. Having been approached by the sales assistant, he was helpful and informative but not pushy in any way. He asked us what mattress we had at the moment and what were the reasons to buy a new one. Having given him this information, he showed us the choices of mattresses on sale that met our requirements and budget. Having chosen a mattress, which wasn't in the current sale, I asked if there was any room for a discount and was offered 10% off and free Saturday delivery. Overall very happy.

Very friendly, knowledgable staff - who were very efficent and helpful.

The staff in the store made choosing and buying a mattress quick and easy and they were great at entertaining our 16 month old daughter so she was happy too!

The in-store assistant was very helpful, knew about the products being sold and offered alternatives to our original choice without being pushy. Alternatives were similar in price and softness/construction.

Paul was very helpful. We made 2 visits and he helped us on both. We visited other bed stores but came back to Dreams as we liked and trusted the advise Paul gave.
