Richard, our assistant, was very helpful with a good product knowledge and not too pushy.

Paul was really helpful and knowledgeable with helping me to choose a mattress as i have several health problems, he had dealt with several other people in the past with the same problems, which then helped him to be able to help me.

Your sales staff greeted us and gave us time and 'space' to view the stock, prices and styles. When we were ready for further information the salesperson gave us the relevant information and assessed the style and quality we were probably looking for , guiding us to the brand that we had pre selected as a 'favorite'. We were then given time/space to inspect/try the individual models and support ratings. We eventually made our choice, paid a deposit and were given a delivery date. Since that time we have received confirmation via text of the delivery date.

Range of products, staff knowledge and overall experience

I went straight in to the store, I was greeted there and then, told the man what I was after which he then took me straight to the right area pointed me in the right direction and gave me a good understanding of all the different mattress types.

Richard the assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us time and space to make our minds up without any pressure.

We were greeted, left to look for a couple of minutes and then Paul came to offer help. He was attentive without being overbearing, he was relaxed and followed our questions exactly, which meant we avoided a tour of lots of products because he listened. It meant we got what we wanted and he did't waste a second of our time. THANK YOU!

I didn't have to wait to be served. The assistant listened to what I said I needed. He showed me exactly what I asked for.
