Dreams - Yeovil

Staff (Richard and juanita) were extremely friendly. I could have bought online as I knew what I needed after visiting the store the week before. However due to exceptional customer service from Richard I chose to return and buy from him as I wanted to give custom to the store directly.

The member of staff who helped us during our visit was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the products. She was able to advise us on the type of mattress that would suit our needs and allowed us time to try out the different mattresses/beds on display. She even gave us a tape measure so would could measure the heights of the two beds we liked!

We went into the store with no real idea of what we wanted but with the help and expertise of paul who helped and guided us all though the different makes and how they are made which helped to make our mind up. Every question we asked was answered and we didn't feel we were being pressurised as you can do in some shops. His customer service was excellent. I should know as I worked in a large retail company for many years before retiring. We would certainly use the store again and also tell our friends about the excellent service we received in our local store.

The service I received at Dreams Yeovil from Paul was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, he asked me questions to help determine the type of bed that would be suited to me. He suggested I lye on numerous types before I made a decision. He was very clear on explaining the different styles. I never felt pushed or rushed into a decision by him. He was incredibly professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend friends and family to be served by Paul in the future.

The service we received was fantastic, we had someone come up to us 5 minutes after looking around to help us decide what we would like. He worked out the price we would have to pay with everything we wanted so would have time to think about it before paying. He showed us everything we would be able to include to make the bed better and more for us, showed us different colours to choose from too and got us a delivery date there and then. All in all amazing.

Paul the staff member was very helpful and showed us all the options to meet our requirements at different price levels . Paul did not try to rush us and it was the type of customer service that you used to get. It was better customer service than John Lewis

We weren't leapt on the minute we walked in but after a few minutes of looking we were approached by a member of staff who asked if we needed any help. He then went on to assist us brilliantly, we were not rushed (even though we had our two boys with us) and were encouraged to try all the beds we wanted in our own time.
