The sales assistant Juanita & her colleagues were supportive, knowledgeable & patient (particularly with my 'willful' 3 year old daughter).

Paul in the Yeovil branch was super helpful and very knowledgeable. Also gave us us freedom to check out all the beds with different pillows. Also the staff helped keep our kids entertained while we shopped. Also there was a toilet! We were never pushed into any sale. And we had a good deal. Only a week for delivery. Very happy with purchase. Can't wait to try out mattress. And to sleep on it!

The car park was easy to get to and park in. We were greeted within a minute and the assistant Paul was very knowledgeable and didn't try to rush us with our decision.

Paul was very helpful describing the products we were interested in and providing the prices. He was able to point us in the right direction with regards to choosing a mattress, which were not sure about before visiting the store. Overall his customer handling was excellent.

The assistant was friendly and helpful. He had good product knowledge and sold us a mattress that has given me the best nights sleep in years.

There was a large range of products available. It is a long time since I have purchased a bed and there was an overwhelming choice but the two assistants Juanita and Debbie were very helpful. I visited twice, they made me feel very welcome and had a cheerful personality and great sense of humour which was important to me as I couldn't make up my mind. They were very patient. It made for a very enjoyable shopping experience.

We received excellent advice and service from very competent staff during our visit. We were left to try and retry beds for as long as we needed to. We were very happy with the whole experience.

Paul was very helpful in explaining the different types of mattresses. He was very customer friendly

Salesman wasn't too pushy and was willing to leave us alone until we asked for help. Delivery drivers very helpful and despite being late, called to let us know that they were running behind.
