Both Juanita and Richard (the store manager) were able to clearly & patiently explain the different mattresses & their construction to me. They even switched a mattress & base so I could feel the difference in firmness! I was encouraged to take my time & provided with a welcome mug of tea. I had no sense of pressure to buy (and Richard even explained why a less expensive mattress may have suited me although I went for the costlier option!). I was pleasantly surprised to learn about the 14-day "change of mind" guarantee. All in all, a reassuring and relaxing experience.

The staff were very helpful especially Richard who was very knowledgable and made our shopping experience that much better. We were served coffee and we were both amazed with the level of service we received. We both work for Waitrose and were very pleased to of received a similar quality of service. Thank you
