We arrived not long after opening time, so we were attended to straight away. The sales man was extremely helpful. Delivery date was set and we had slot of options to choose from. Your keeping client informed is amazing!

The colleague, Paul, was the nicest man you could meet and was happy to help and talked me and my mum through as many of the matresses as we wanted to look at, he didnt try and force us into buying anything we didnt want and was very knowledgable about everything we wanted to know. Could not have been happier with the service, and the prices were very good for what i had ordered. I also loved the option of having the delivery men then take away my old bed and matress as i have found not many places offer this, and i loved the option of insuring the mattress with a one off payment giving me peace of mind that if my cat does any damage or mess to it i could have it replaced no problem! Very sufficient ordering and great services offered!

We were treated with great curtesy and respect with a totally unhurried and helpful manner which showed unobtrusive consideration for age(88 at last count) and physical restraints.Both the members of staff present during our visit were friendly and very helpful.

I was really happy with my visits i went once on a Saturday and the purchase date was a Tuesday i was served by Gary at the Yeovil store twice he was really helpful nothing was to much bother. There was plently of choice and i was encouraged to try the different matteres to get the best fit for me. Would certainly go back again!!

Very helpful. The only time it felt very 'salesy' was on discussing the tempura mattress guarantee - when we said no - seemed less interested - but small point ' mostly helpful and friendly
