Dreams - Yeovil

My partner has a bad back and the staff knowledge in helping us to choose the right mattress for us was very good. We were also not rushed and had plenty of time to mull over our decision and lay on all the beds with a variety of pillows.

I was shown to the exact product that suited my requirements and offered a drink whilst being told all about the composition and quality of the products. I was given plenty of time to examine the products and make my decision and the ordering process was straightforward and speedy.

We were welcomed in the store by Paul and he soon had an idea of what we required not only in the bed but also the pillow s we should be using. Nothing to much trouble for him as we tried several beds.

We were helped by Paul who took time to understand ou requirements, pointed out the right beds to try and was helpful but not pushy. We had time to go back and forth trying several types of mattress until we felt we could choose with confidence. He also brought us pillows to try after listening to what we liked. After all that we really enjoyed to mugs of coffee!

Service was excellent, got what we wanted in a short period of time

We were assisted immediately on entering the store and our needs were understood. Paul in the Yeovil branch was extremely helpful and accommodating. We were not pressed for a decision when we were deciding on what purchase and his advice was greatly appreciated.

Paul in the Yeovil store is a fantastic member of staff, very helpful very very knowledgeable of everything you sell. Found us a bed that has not been in Yeovil store for about 6 months but Paul's knowledge knew the name and found us the last one in the warehouse, fantastic service.

The staff in dreams were very friendly and very cheerful. I felt they enjoyed what they were doing and went above and beyond to help me.

We were greeted with a friendly welcome when entering the store and allowed to look around in our own time.When we wanted assistance Paul was at hand to help.

Having done background research of my needs of a new bed,on arrival at the store . I explained to Paul what I thought I needed. We had a discussion and he directed me accordingly. I was then able to lie on the bed of my choice for half an hour. Paul offered refreshment to my friend and I. We discussed and viewed head boards. I made a decision on bed, mattresses and headboard. Paul organised the paperwork very efficiently , explaining as he worked through the documentation to then receive my payment. I Following full refurbishment of my bedroom during the next few weeks, I then look forward to three deliveries in June of headboard, matrtesses and base with full installation - and hope to be enjoying sweet dreams in July courtesy of the services of Dreams.
