I had previously bought a bed from your company a little while ago, the sales assistant Juanita remembered me from my last visit and was able to identify the bed I was looking to purchase. I was very impressed that she remembered me from my former visit.

Found a date to deliver the head to souit us and told us all about times.very good and clear.

The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable but still gave us enough space to have a private discussion.

Found what I was looking for quickly and easily. Questions answered promptly and helpfully by Assistant. The store was bright, clean and easy to navigate. We were offered coffee/tea which although declined, was a nice touch. Payment /delivery information carried out efficiently.

my husband is disabled and the attention from staff was brilliant, they made him feel like a whole person not someone with a disability.

Greeted on arrival, assisted throughout our visit, advised on what beds and mattresses suited our needs, being 20 weeks pregnant and not knowing where to start this was absolutely fabulous, offered hot drinks, my 5 year old daughter loved testing out the beds and wasn't made to feel a nuisance, cannot wait for my bed to arrive now!!! Very happy.
