For me the price does not matter but the welcome experience we felt when we came to the store is brilliant. Staff interaction to customer is all that matters..5 stars for dreams..

The Shop Assistant Paul welcomed us but was not pushy at all. Paul kept his distance to give us space until I initiated some questions which he was able to help me with. The bed and mattress that I bought was just right for my needs, needs that Paul understood. At no time was Paul overbearing or trying to sell us something other than what we needed. The shop was clean and everything was laid out logically so that beds and mattresses were easy to compare with each other. It was a good shopping experience and Dreams will be the first shop that I visit for my future bed and mattress needs.

We found that we were restricted in our choice of beds, simply because we needed delivery within the week. However, the sales assistant understood our needs in terms of the type of beds we were looking for and spent a lot of time ensuring she found beds to match our requirements that could be delivered in the timeframe.

Great assistants. We had a certain mattress in mind and they helped us find it straight away. Ordering was nice and simple. Also super fast delivery.

On entering the store we were surprised at the selections available. We were imediatelyapproached by an assistand who had a friendly and polite personality. She asked what sort of item were we after. We told her a firm mattress. She then asked what price range and told us the options. She showed us the mattress that we eventualy purchased. We were invited totry a test ly down on it. We were given thoportunity to try other types etc. We enquired about the construction of the various matresses and she explained in uncomplicater manner the full detals that told us what we wanted to know. The sale went through very quick and we were given a selection date for delivery. All in all a very pleasant visit to the store and full marks to Juanita. Thank Yo Gerald Timbrell

Our Salesman, Paul, was extremely helpful without being intrusive - he gave good advice but also gave us time to discuss amongst ourselves. And he provided a very good cup of tea!
