We found what we wanted almost immediately and the ordering process took only a few minutes

We were offered tea or coffee. We had time to try any bed and consider whether to go ahead with the purchase or not.

I researched products via website prior to store visit. This gave me idea of what items I was looking for & therefore enabled the assistant to explain differences in my choices enabling us to concentrate on just those particular products. My wife was offered coffee whilst we discussed the beds as these were to be for my use.

We were pointed in the right direction for choosing. Our mattress and left to decide and then the buying process was explained very well. The staff member was friendly and efficient.

Representative was very friendly. Was not pushy in the slightest and had a broad knowledge of the beds in store. Was very quick at finding a bed for us.

Our assistant - Juanita - was very friendly and welcoming on our arrival. She showed us the extensive selection of beds that you have on offer and was sympathetic to our requirements without trying to push us out of our budget range. She showed empathy for our individual needs while understanding that we required a double bed. She also gave us a full demo of how the beds function. Paperwork was dealt with quickly and efficiently, and we have already been contacted informing of anticipated arrival date. Plus Juanita makes a great cup of tea!

The knowledge of the staff of the type of bed I was looking for was very helpful .i had been looking at the type of bed for several wks before making a decision which bed I would go for . Value for money seems to be the bed I have ordered.

Deborah was very helpful even making us a coffee and helping me to choose a mattress as I am disabled and using a wheelchair she could not to enough for us. Thanks for taking the stress away from wot could have easily become a traumatic and tiring ordeal as has in other stores. Very impressed.

Helpful staff at shop and delivery

From the moment we arrived we were looked after not pressured the team all new there stuff and when advise was sought they new there stuff but also knew when to listen. Within 1 hour we had chosen and ordered our new bed and were given a choice of delivery dates to suite our work schedule . Many thanks again for your help and our peace of mind.
