Debbie in Yeovil was very helpful and new her stuff

We were made to feel welcome and at ease. The sales assistant was not pushy and did not put pressure on us. We were kindly offered a tea and coffee. All relevant products were well explained to us and made the choice easy make.

Debbie was friendly, efficient and understanding. My husband has had three years of fighting three forms of cancer and gets easily tired, Debbie supplied drinks and gave us time to try the products without fuss or pressure. Next month is our Golden Wedding Anniversary and we haven't had a new bed for over twenty years, but due to my husbands operations we needed two mattresses on one base. Debbie helped us find the right bed for us, now we hope for many more years together.

There was a variety of beds to try with a good choice of firmness of mattresses. The service was friendly and helpful. As we arrived 45 mins before closing time, we did not have to wait long to be served, but they could do with more than one assistant in the shop.

Efficient knowledgeable staff who were extremely helpful.

We were looking to replace a mattress we had purchased from Dreams in the past and with which we had been very satisfied. We therefore knew, fairly precisely, what we were looking for. The Dreams colleague, Paul, who served us was very knowledgeable and guided us, without railroading us, through the appropriate options.

The salesman was very knowledgeable on all things we asked and was very helpful in helping us to make a decision as to our purchase.
