Deborah the sales assistant in Yeovil was very helpful and knowledgeable. I knew what I wanted after going on line to view the products. Going into the store just to see for myself what the product looked like I was more than happy to place my order.

Calm, knowledgeable assistance. No "full on" sales push. Lots of choice and suggestions. We were listened to. Offered coffee or tea. Given as much time as we needed to make decisions.

We were attended to immediately by a very friendly staff member named Kim. Kim was very helpful and explained in detail about the range of mattresses available. We were able to examine and test the beds were were interested in without any pressure to purchase or make hurried decisions. Can't fault this staff member who even made us a cup of tea while we discussed which mattress was most suitable for our needs.

Your colleague Kim was very help full and knowledgeable about the products so this made our decision making much easier.

The assistant (Kim) was highly professionally and knowledgeable about all the products we viewed, she was also very patient. I am sure we were not the easiest of customers and we took a long time to choose our two beds but we were never hurried or made to feel we were taking up too much of the assistants time. The cup of tea was also very welcome .I would recommend the Yeovil store.
