This was my first time buying a bed from a store and the lovely assistant kim listened to what we wanted and took us all the way through the procedure and helped at every stage.

Staff were excellent. Extremely helpful. I was disappointed that I was unable to get the delivery date that I needed, however. But this was beyond the control of the staff at the store.

We were offered assistance as soon as we arrived at the store, and drinks too! Our assistant, Kim, was friendly, had a good knowledge of the products, was able to answer all our questions and was very patient while we took our time trying out different mattresses. She understood we had a budget & didn't try to sway our choice with something un-affordable. Nor did she overwhelm us or make us feel pressured into making a purchase. We were rather stressed on our arrival, but left highly satisfied that our shopping experience with Kim at Dreams was so successful!

In our Yeovil store the assistant (Paul) was very helpful and was able to answer all our questions. And a great selection of bed / mattresses.

Advise given by sales assistant was very informative and he was obviously very knowledgable. Plenty of time given to try the beds and make an informed decision.

Very friendly knowledgeable help. Paul explained everything in a concise and clear way, and invited us to try lots of mattresses explaining about them all until we were completely happy with our choice. Have redone the form (Which annoyingly disappears when you go back!) to say that he was on his own so couldn't offered us a drink, and he knew we were not getting rid of a bed. I couldn't score higher on the range, because the bed I wanted is apparently made to order and none were on show, so I could have ordered on line, but wouldn't have been able to try the mattress which was important. I do realise though that you couldn't possibly have every bed on show.

Kim provided excellent customer service,explained options between firm and very firm matresses..Provided a pillow to make testing more realistic.Explained the details of the warranty and delivery options.Which enabled my 82 year old motherinlaw to have a more enjoyable shopping experience.
