Very pleasant server, happy to spend as much time as we needed and made us a cup of coffee.

Very impressed by Kim who went to a lot of trouble to ensure that the items that we required were available for delivery within the limited time span that we had available.

The Assistant, Deborah, who helped us was helpful and listened to our needs without being pushy, giving us time to look and happy to look up delivery times etc to help us decide which bed to buy.

We were given sufficient time to look around, advice was offered and Kim the assistant at Yeovil answered all our questions. She was friendly and helpful and informative and we did not feel pressurised in any way.

Paul gave us a very warm welcome, listened to our needs and helped us to find the perfect bed and mattress for myself and my husband. we are both really happy with our purchase and can't wait to recive our new bed.

Had a look on line prior to visiting the store but once there was guided with different options by the sales lady and changed my mind as to which bed I bought. She was very helpful and very efficient. Made my visit very enjoyable.

From the moment we walked into the store we were really well looked after, Debbie asked us what we were looking for and listened to us and offered us really good advice , offering her own personal experience was really helpful and she informed us of the 40 nights policiy so we could swap if we werent happy with our purchase which was really reassuring. Really good experience, espeically as we had our two children with us who were quite a distraction!
