The assistant who helped me was great. She remembered and took note of which mattresses I liked, and how I reacted - helping guide me to which suited me best. Great advice, no pressure or upselling, just supportive. Like my new mattress!

Paul was were attentive without overpowering us. When we explained what we were looking for he led us to the range of beds that he felt was what we were trying to find.

Pauls knowledge was highly reassuring when purchasing something that we know little about. He was confident but not pushy.

Good selection of beds which helped with making decision of which one to order. Particularly like the ability to have different firmness options.

We were served by Paul when we first visited the store, we found him to be friendly and very helpful. He answered our questions and gave advice when asked. He was not pushy and did not give a hard sell,unlike one of the competitors. This influenced our decision to come back to the store and ask Paul to help us again. We then purchased a new mattress and bought two pillows the we weren't considering to purchase.

The assistant, Paul knew what he was talking about. He was very pleasant and kept us well informed about the products.

We visited the Yeovil store, I had already been on the website so I had a good idea what I wanted. The store assistant (Paul) came over after a few minutes to ask if we needed any help. I told him what I wanted and he was straight on it, he even made us tea and coffee! He showed me other products as a comparison but we went we our first choice. He set up the finance and delivery in no time at all. Overall a very satisfying experience, and we will us you again.

Both the assistants I spoke to could not have been more helpful. The transactions were all dealt with most efficiently.
