Monique was especially helpful in all ways. Excellent advice given, She was polite, helpful and very knowledgeable. There are so many products to choose from that there needs to be someone present who can understand your specific needs. Monique did it superbly. We will bring our retrievers in to see her!!

Staff were brilliant and the fact you are allocated a pillow based on the way you sleep and the sleep machine are excellent at helping you decide what you need to get. The range was not huge and was a bit frustrating that the mattress we’d seen was actually £300 more expensive than listed to get a zip down the middle. Totally get it’s made that way just been better to know up front. The delivery is not really an issue

The service was fast and efficient.

The member of staff (Emily) who helped us in store was very friendly and informative, it was clear that she was very knowledgeable about the science behind sleeping. She turned what we thought was going to be a tedious experience into a really fun one. Emily also gave us plenty of time to decide what best suited our needs and gave us all the appropriate options to allow us to do so. Cannot praise highly enough! Along with all this, we felt very well looked after in store as Covid precautions were followed to make sure we felt comfortable.

As soon as we walked in the door Emily was there with a smile to greet us and help us straight away. She really seemed to know what she was talking about about and product knowledge was excellent. Didn’t feel at all rushed. We went back to the store a couple of weeks after our initial visit and was pleased to see she was working so could continue dealing with her and place an order. We were very happy to find we only have to wait just over a week for a our new mattress...we’re sure to be back soon once we’ve decided on a new bed frame!

The lady that helped us was fantastic! She clearly knew her stuff and was able to convey that to us in a manner we found easy to understand which helped us to choose what we felt was the right product for us. There was a good range of options to pick from.

Very good measures in place when visiting the Yeovil store due to covid. Thoroughly all explained in detail. Colleagues were very helpful and friendly.
