Dreams - Yeovil

so far so good! I haven't received my order yet but am reassured by being told that i will have 40 days to alter it if I'm not comfortable with the mattress. a very helpful assistant (Kim) - couldn't have bettered the service she gave me.

All the products i.e. new mattress were explained to us in full, and we were please with the service we recieved

Dominic, the salesman, was extremely polite and helpful despite not having been employed very long with Dreams. The paperwork was completed efficiently.

Debbie understood my needs and asked my the right questions to find the Right bed for me. She didn't push the sale of a mattress to go with my bed. She was friendly and polite and very helpful.

The man who served us was great

We were greeted by Debbie who showed she was both knowledgeable, friendly and even sort us refreshments and if that was not enough she made sure our requirements were not only met but fully explaining how the beds were made and delivery details. It is often said that you can only judge best practice if a problem happens how does the company respond well I can tell you that one did and contact with Dreams went like a dream with the problem being sorted within ten minutes again with a full explanation of how it was going to be sorted. Knowledgeable assistant, advice confidently given, eade of ordering.

As it was mid-week the store was very quiet, but we were left alone to browse before needing advice from the assistant. Paul was very helpful in advising us of the various mattress toppings available and was very professional and informative regarding our needs. Explaining the difference between memory foam and jell topping and were able to try both and found the jell topping to be more suitable.

Kim, who served us, was very helpful and offered pillows and advice for trying the beds. She explained the difference between different mattresses and their construction very clearly. We did not feel that the sales experience was at all pushy and therefore felt very comfortable taking our time over our choice.
