Easy layout compared to other stores, Kim was a really helpful member of staff to me and my partner. And as a young couple that isn't something all stores provide as we just get brushed to one side.

Kim was very helpfull and very knowledgable about the product she spent time making sure we understood what we were buying and that it was right for us she was nice and happy and friendly!!

I was given excellent advice and was able to purchase a product (waterproof covered foam mattress for a cabin bed) quickly - it was exactly what was needed and has been a huge success.

Deborah, the assistant, was immediately available to answer any questions we had, obviously knew her subject, and gave clear explanations of the technologies now used in mattress manufacturing. She made sure we were happy with our choice, explained simply the company policies. It made purchasing a new mattress a pleasant experience.

Paul 200, was our salesman and was very helpful made us tea and went through so many of your beds and was very patient and didn't push us to do anything. We did purchase a bed and very happy with the service.

My wife and myself were very impressed with the Yeovil Store and we could not have been welcomed better. Our sales lady was "Debbie" who left us to browse on our own which was great, but made it clear that she was available should we have any queries about any products. "Debbie" was very knowledgeable about all our enquiries, extremely polite and very cheerful, which is a credit to the store. Your Manageress spoke to us before leaving the Store after ordering which was a very nice gesture.

I thought that all the staff I encountered were attentive and knowledgeable. I found it amazing that one member of staff, this was her first day and she was superb, the other member of staff was so knowledgeable and he had only worked on the store for one month.

Item easily found and store staff although inexperienced were very helpful.

The staff were extremely knowledgeable and even though it was a busy time for them they were quick to help and process our order without us feeling rushed.
