Dreams - Yeovil

Debbie who served us was very helpful and listened to what we wanted, after showing us what was available she left us to try the mattresses and to discuss it by ourselves but wasn't very far away when we needed to ask questions! She wasn't pushy but very pleasant and friendly. We had a cup of coffee and she even let me use the staff toilet which a lot of shops won't do!! Which meant we could spend longer choosing what we wanted so we not only bought a mattress but pillows and bedding as well. We really enjoyed our visit to Dreams.

From the minute we walked into the store , the staff were polite and friendly , not to pushy but there if we needed them for advice, we were also offered tea and coffee several times, when we did want advice the gentleman (Paul) was very helpful with good advice for our needs, also he explained everything whilst we were making the purchase of the mattress. i hope the delivery runs just as smoothly

Great friendly service and good value for money.

We were greeted by Debbie who was very friendly but not to the point of being pushy. She advised us on different aspects of the beds we were looking at. She then offered us a hot beverage to drink while we made our choices. Once we made our final choice Debbie was on hand to process the final order and arrange delivery date.

The assistant Debbie was very knowledgeable, friendly and understanding of our needs. The shop was very clean and well laid out. While looking around and listening to Debbie describe the products we were offered a hot drink by Debbie, she then left us to discuss our options without pressuring us. When we came to place our order she was very quick to attend to us and get our order and delivery sorted.

Assistant gave us time to look at products without feeling pressurised, and was available when we needed assistance. Prices were competitive to other stores we had visited.

Given lots of information abouts available products. Staff friendly and not over pushy.

The friendliness of the team at the store, after being told about the colour system which we found very helpful, being left to browse at our own leisure uninterrupted till we had any questions to ask before going through with the purchase. Almost painless!

We went in with a budget and stayed within it but we have an excellent mattress that was half price, the stuff were friendly and helpful and it didn't take too long. My only gripe was a lovely mattress on a cheap frame, the mattress price should have stated as it seemed to be good to be true! Very pleased with the one we have chosen though.
